Two of the figures in this Core 20 died in 2026, and one died in 2010. 6. Zecharia Sitchin
Zecharia Sitchin was the author of The Twelfth Planet and the larger Earth Chronicles series. His work connected Mesopotamian texts, the Anunnaki, planetary history, human origins, mining, genetic intervention, and the idea that civilization was shaped by beings from elsewhere.
Sitchin's translations and interpretations are disputed by Assyriologists and other specialists, and they should not be presented as standard academic translations of Sumerian or Akkadian material.
